Ruben Arsate is the senior member of Alamo City Storm Restoration, and has over 45 years construction experience. Ruben holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Technology Education and a Bachelor’s Art’s Degree in General Industry with a concentration in Construction Management. Ruben taught Architecture and Construction Technology/Construction Management courses at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After 13 years, he became the Building Official for Johnson County, in Iowa City, where he managed the Building Inspection Division, overseeing the issuing of building permits for 13 years. He is involved in every project, helping execute the standard of craftsmanship that got him into the business in the first place.
